Reproduction of “Horizon VIII”

I tried to abstract myself. Leave blank mind. But somewhere inside there were these imaginary landscapes that would not be turned off. Some fruit of lost memories. Others an abstract mixture of the intrepid subconscious. And of course, landscapes present in the memory for the impact they have caused on me.

Immersed in this inner world I thought… “I’m going to put my feet on the ground. I only have to place the horizon and the painting will do the rest. Letting it flow.” And so the series “Horizons” was born. As if it were a symphony, the landscapes took shape: with vigor, paint, water, expression, ink, wine, plants, pigments, sweetness, care. ..

Idyllic places, where at some point I have been or where at some point I want to be.
